Chad Rogers is a native of Southern California, growing up in Malibu. At the age of 18 he received his real estate license, but decided to further his education before beginning his career. He attended the University of Denver and received his BA in Business with a Minor in Finance.  

Since becoming an independent businessman, Chad has created a name for himself in real estate by representing some of Hollywood’s hottest celebrities. He has been written up in the LA Times’, “Hot Properties” for Ted Field, Nick Lachey, Shavo Odadjian (System of a Down) and he has also been featured on The View, Extra and VH1 for his part in the sale of Nick Lachey’s home. He has also been honored by the Young Professional Global Network.

His client list includes Paris Hilton, Nick Lachey, Jamie-Lynn Discala, Minnie Driver, Coach Larry Brown and Cuttino Mobley. Chad Rogers represents the majority of houses in the Malibu Colony, as well as rentals in the $100,000/MO plus bracket. He works at Hilton and Hyland with his associates Rick Hilton and Jeff Hyland.

Chad Rogers was featured in Angeleno’s “Look Who’s Talking” and he will soon be featured on Bravo's hit Real Estate show Million Dollar Listing.
